Stimulation of the many nerve endings on all these surfaces helps to open up the natural pathways your body uses to nourish and heal itself. Tender or ‘gritty’ points indicate congestion in the corresponding area of the body. During a reflexology treatment a state of deep relaxation is created in the body which interrupts the pattern of stress and brings balance to the body and its systems where there is imbalance.

Reiki

The purpose of Reiki is to balance your chakras (energy centres). Chakra imbalance can manifest as various physical, mental and emotional ailments.
During a session the reiki practitioner will be working with the Universal Life force energy to remove any stagnant energy and facilitate the body’s natural healing abilities.
